In this market, such pricing would be considered  quite good-but there is an additional twist, unlike any other offered by other developments or that you may have available to you in the future.. We are proud to inform you that we have formed a relationship with GILUET R46, a foundation which seeks to promote home ownership in areas where there are few new homes and opportunities, like this one, which are affordable and within the reach of the average homebuyer.

One cannot ignore the positive benefits of a WARRANTY, on all structural aspects, of a new purchase.  Depending upon the situation, such WARRANTY could be for 1, 3 or 5 years in term.

what does GILUET have to add to the situation?

I.  1 year of assistance with  property taxes for first time homebuyers. Funds would be available to provide up to a 75% reduction in property taxes.

II.  6 months of assistance with interest payments for homebuyers who are over 50. Funds would be available to provide up to a 90% reduction in debt payment.

III.  9 months of assistance with fuel costs for all  homebuyers. Funds would be available to provide up to an 80% reduction in fuel costs.

Funds are available regardless of race, creed or income level. The amount of funds remaining for distribution, at any time, is dependent upon (i) when one applies for such assistance, (ii) the number of prior homebuyers to whom assistance has been committed and (iii) the actual amounts committed to prior applicants.
